Product In-Licensing or Acquisition

Medicure is looking to expand its portfolio of products to complement and broaden its focus by in-licensing, acquiring and/or co-promoting hospital products for the US market. A preference is given to niche products with growth potential, although mature branded products or unique generic products may also be considered.

Partnering or Out-Licensing

Medicure is seeking a partner to help support the development and commercialization of Tardoxal for Tardive Dyskinesia and related conditions. The Company's business strategy and goal is to create optimal value for shareholders, building its own commercial capabilities and by establishing partnerships that provide a strong marketing presence and use proven development and commercialization expertise.
