Reporting an Adverse Event or Product Complaint

Please call 1-800-509-0544 or email adverse.events@medicure.com to report an adverse event or a product complaint for Aggrastat^®, Zypitamag^®, or our Sodium Nitroprusside Injection product.

Adverse events may also be reported to the FDA's MedWatch Program at www.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088.
